Quote of the Week

At 20 years of age the will reigns, at 30 the wit, at 40 the judgment.

Benjamin Franklin
US author, diplomat, inventor, physicist, politician, & printer (1706 - 1790)

Comments:
Come on, somebody through Betty a bone, she agonised for days over this one!

Oh great a 'pity comment', thanks PCB. :-)

So you're getting rather "witty" these days while PCB is apparently close to better judgement. Need I say any more? That man was a fool I tell you, a fool!

I'm happy to say that my will is reigning strongly :)

Donal to be fair your wit is almost as close to reigning as mine is. :-)

Ok, first off I can't believe I wrote "through" instead of "throw" but there you go... as for you Donal, ya langer, surely it's some kind of breach of blogsphere etiquette to be giving indications of people's ages!!! Anyway, recently after a lot of serious calculations on a very powerful computer, it turned out that a mistake had been made and that I would have to adjust my birth year to 1974, which I promptly did. As a result, I'm currently neatly balanced between between wit and judgement!
