Phew, I heaved a sigh of relief when Abbey and Lukas’ baby survived the second episode of the new series of ER on Sunday night. I really was planning on giving up watching it if the baby had died. It was touch and go there for a while but at least the poor mite made it to the end of the episode. I still think the writers should invest in some happy pills and brighten up a few of the episodes as we make our way through the dark winter nights. :-)
