Have you experienced conflict with a certain person (or persons) that leaves you feeling sore or has an affect your work?
Have you felt angry with a certain person (or persons) and have you wished that you had a more effective way to handle the situation?
How well were you able to defuse a person’s anger? Were you able to defuse it in the first place?
Do you think you communicated appropriately?
Do you think that the feedback you get is effective? How often do you think you should receive it?
Are your efforts and contributions at work acknowledged and appreciated by your colleagues, managers and peers?
Does your organization currently have a “suggestion box” that lets your say regarding concerns/conflicts be dealt with freely and easily?

You do well in most group settings, but you also need time to recharge.
So while you can work with people during the day, you may crave your alone time at night.

I got 76% and the same result as you Betty. But I'm very dubious about this quiz, as I really don't spend much time with people, and I doubt I understand anyone at all.
